The complaint is in the usual form, and complies with the provisions of § 8-314, OCLA, with the additional allegation that plaintiffs are the owners in fee simple of the property involved, which is described as lots 13 and 14, block 32, Flanagan Addition to North Bend, Coos County, Oregon.
