This suit, by the male plaintiff, seeks to recover damages for injuries alleged to have been sustained by him as a result of the alleged negligent landing of one of defendant's airplanes in which he was a passenger for hire at the St. Paul, Minnesota, Airport on June 6, 1950, said injuries seriously aggravating a condition from which the plaintiff alleges he was recovering.
