During the month of April 1943 Mato (or Moto) Taliancich and Eldridge N. (Buck) Perez formed a partnership for the purpose of buying and selling shrimp and other seafoods. There was no written agreement between them and it seems to be understood that they were to share in the profits and losses of the business on an equal basis. In June 1948 the partners no longer seemed to agree and by mutual consent they discontinued the business they were engaged...
