1. The Declaratory Judgment Act of this State (Ga. L. 1945, p. 137; Code, Ann. Supp., § 110-1101 et seq.) is not intended to be used to set aside, modify, or interpret judicial decrees or judgments of courts having jurisdiction of the subject matter and parties, but is to be used to obtain a declaration of rights not already adjudicated.
