JEFFORDS, Justice.

This is an action of tort based on alleged false and fraudulent representations leading up to the lease of the defendants' farm and personal property thereon to the plaintiffs. The case was tried by jury with a resulting verdict and judgment for the plaintiffs against both defendants and it is here on exceptions of both parties.

The plaintiffs in their complaint alleged five such representations but only the first two need here be considered...
