HOBSON, Justice.

Appellees (plaintiffs below) filed their complaint in the Circuit Court in and for Dade County, Florida, against appellants (defendants below) in which they sought to have a judgment previously entered against both of them in the Civil Court of Record of Dade County on March 26, 1940, set aside and held for naught as against the wife, Julia R. Turner. The Chancellor granted this relief and appellants do not now complain of his action in so doing....
