Thomas Williams was charged by information filed in the superior court of Creek county with the crime of possession of intoxicating liquor with the intent to sell the same; was tried before a jury, convicted and his punishment assessed at a fine of $50 and confinement in jail for 30 days. Appeal has been duly perfected to this court.
