Both defendants were charged with violation of section 1002, subsec. B(6), of The Vehicle Code of May 1, 1929, P.L. 905, in summonses issued by Frank M. Evans, who was elected as one of the justices of the peace of this county sometime prior to 1952. Both defendants offered to pay the fine and justice of the peace costs of $3.50, in accordance with the fee bill of June 21, 1947, P.L. 862, 42 PS § 211, which was refused by the justice...
