Milwaukee Towne Corporation, engaged in the operation of a motion picture theatre in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, instituted its suit under the anti-trust laws, Title 15 U.S.C.A. § 1 et seq., against certain defendants for damages and injunctive relief. A judgment was obtained and a decree entered containing numerous injunctive provisions.
