Mirandona Brothers, a commercial copartnership, brought this suit against Lorice Danos for $760.50, the alleged amount due on two notes respectively for $150 and $450, and for the balance of $160.50 due on an open account. The defendant filed a general denial. The matter comes before us on the appeal of plaintiff from a judgment dismissing the suit after a trial on the merits of the case.
