The plaintiff in his petition alleges that during the Government fiscal year 1948 he worked overtime and on Sundays and holidays as a United States Immigrant Inspector in connection with the examination of persons arriving at Honolulu, Hawaii, for which he was not paid extra pay at the rates specified in the Immigration Service Overtime Pay Act of March 2, 1931, 46 Stat. 1467, 8 U.S.C.A. §§ 109a, 109b, but was paid at a lesser rate.
