Relator filed his petition for writ of habeas corpus in the Court of Common Pleas of Lycoming County. He has appealed from the dismissal of his petition.

On January 21, 1943, relator was sentenced generally to the Pennsylvania Industrial School at Camp Hill by the Court of Quarter Sessions of Lycoming County after entering guilty pleas to three bills of indictment...
