It appears from the bill of exceptions and the record in this case that on May 16, 1952, the plaintiff, Rich's Incorporated, filed in the Civil Court of Fulton County its verified petition in two counts alleging that the defendant, Pickard, was indebted to it in the sum of $713.82, as shown by a sworn statement of account attached as an exhibit, and in count two, that he was indebted to it in the sum of $1,899.42, plus interest, upon a promissory note...
