It is brought by the attorney general on behalf of the state of Rhode Island and prays that the city of Pawtucket, a municipal corporation, and certain named officials in their capacities respectively as mayor, city treasurer and chairman of the joint standing committee on finance of the city council of that city, be enjoined from performing any acts whatsoever under a certain joint resolution...
