This suit arises out of a rear-end collision by a 1946 Hudson Sedan belonging to the plaintiff, Norman E. Jenkins, with a large truck belonging to the defendant. The collision occurred at 6:00 p. m., just after dark, on January 2, 1951 on Highway 190, on the west side of Albany, Livingston Parish, Louisiana.
