LAWSON, Justice.

Verdine Nalls, a colored woman, lived in Cullman, where she worked in a private home as a maid. Her mother and sister lived in Birmingham. Verdine was desirous of moving to Birmingham and requested her sister to be on the lookout for a house she could buy or a lot on which she could build a house.
