SIMMONS, Chief Justice.

Plaintiff in error, hereinafter called defendant, was informed against for the crime of statutory rape. He was tried, found guilty, and sentenced to a period of seven years and ten months in the state reformatory. Defendant appeals. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
