This is an action brought to recover damages for death, in accordance with the provisions of Revised Statutes 1944, Chapter 152, Sections 9 and 10. The plaintiff's intestate, Beverly Ann Greene, met her death on July 15, 1950 as a result of an accident involving the motor vehicle of the defendant, Frank S.
