STANFORD, Justice.

Appellees, Anton Runbeck and wife, brought this action against James M. Grizzle and wife, appellants, in the lower court to recover damages arising out of the alleged breach of a lease. Trial was had before the court sitting without a jury and judgment rendered in favor of appellees in the sum of $4,014. Appellants, upon the denial of their motion for new trial, now prosecute this appeal.
