The plaintiff in error, John Camp, defendant below, was charged by information in the district court of Tulsa county, Oklahoma, with the crime of murder. In the information it is alleged that on the 28th day of November, 1948, the defendant shot and killed Claude Lynch, a policeman, about 7:30 p.m., on said day at or near Latimer and Greenwood streets in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
