The record presented in this case is meager and leaves much to conjecture. It does show that in a proceeding to register certain real estate under the Torrens Act (Section 8572-1 et seq., General Code) the county recorder was in doubt as to how he should proceed, and, therefore, referred the matter to the Common Pleas Court for determination and direction.
