Hareklea Lekos died September 19, 1948. Her nearest relatives, surviving her, were two sisters, two brothers, and an adopted sister.

A purported will was presented for probate by John Angelonides, husband of decedent's sister Chresanthe. Constantine Vaganas, a brother of decedent, filed a contest, upon five grounds. A nonsuit was granted as to the allegations that the will was not duly executed...
