The plaintiff in error William Arthur Webster, defendant below, was charged by information in the county court of Kiowa county, Oklahoma, with the offense of driving an automobile while under the influence of intoxicating liquor on Boundary Street in Hobart, Kiowa county, Oklahoma, March 25, 1950. He was tried by a jury, convicted, his punishment fixed at a fine of $30 and imprisonment in the county jail for 21 days; judgment and sentence was entered accordingly...
