Claimant is a posting clerk who worked nine years for B. Altman & Co. At the time she left her employment for family reasons in July, 1950, she was receiving $42 a week. When she became again available for employment she was offered the position of posting clerk at from $35 to $37 a week. She refused to take the employment unless she received at least $40. The proof is that for this work the standard salary is $35 to $40, but the referee sustained her refusal to take...
