Claimant was employed as a registered nurse. In the course of her employment she was in close contact with another nurse who had active tuberculosis. Claimant also cared for patients who were suspected of having active tuberculosis, and in some instances their cases were subsequently diagnosed as such. The board has found that claimant was exposed to and came in contact with tubercular patients and the tubercular nurse, and as a result of her work and by reason of said contacts...
