It would seem that the order directing that all assets of the corporation be turned over to the receiver should be complied with. It does not sufficiently appear what damage the plaintiff has sustained by reason of the alleged failure to comply with the direction of the court by delivering to the receiver all moneys or property collected during the pendency of the interim stay. Those damages should be determined upon an assessment at which testimony is to be adduced.
