Defendant brought an action to quiet title. An order was entered wherein judgment was given to quiet title, reserving action to present plaintiff, 30 days from the date of order to bring action of ejectment. Subsequently, plaintiff brought an action of ejectment pursuant to this order. After trial, the court directed a verdict in favor of defendant after which proper motions were filed by plaintiff for judgment non obstante verdict...
