Judgment of conviction of defendant Irwin Slater unanimously modified by reducing his prison sentence to a term of six months, and, as so modified, affirmed. Judgment of conviction of defendant Bess Bernard unanimously modified by reversing the judgment with respect to counts 6 and 7 of the indictment on the ground that there was no competent evidence to sustain the jurisdiction of the court as to those counts which are dismissed and the fines of $500 on each of those counts...
