The object of this suit, instituted in the circuit court of Monongalia County, is to enjoin the collection of a tax on distributing and dispensing gasoline in the city of Morgantown. The suit was instituted by L. S. Walker, Jr., a retail gasoline dealer, the Pure Oil Company, Sun Oil Company, Gulf Oil Company, the American Oil Company, Quaker State Oil Refining Corporation, the Texas Company, Esso Standard Oil Company, Freedom-Valvoline Oil Company...
