FREEBOURN, Justice.

The information herein charged that defendant did "for his own gain, receive certain personal property, to-wit: one * * deepfreeze * * * knowing the same to have been stolen from the true owner * * Missoula County * * *."

The charge is brought under R.C.M. 1947, sec. 94-2721, which, in part, is as follows: "Every person who for his own gain or to prevent the owner from again possessing his own property buys or receives any personal property...
