Judgment unanimously modified to the extent of reversing that portion which dismissed the complaint as against the defendants 2632 Broadway, Inc., and Midway Residence Hotel, Inc., and ordering a new trial as to these defendants, with costs to the appellant to abide the event. That portion of the judgment which dismissed the complaint against the defendant Robert H. Reichel, doing business as Reichel Construction Company, is affirmed, with costs to that defendant.
