Hughes, plaintiff below, recovered of and from appellants, Jack Woodley and wife, Elizabeth Woodley, defendants below, all right, title and interest in a 40-acre tract of land, more or less, out of the Wesley Byers H. R. Survey in Bowie County, Texas. Defendants did not seek any affirmative relief, their prayer being that plaintiff take nothing by his suit and that they be allowed to go hence...
