This was a suit in trespass to try title brought by appellants against the appellees involving a 40 acre tract of land out of the league and labor of land in Hardin County granted to the heirs of George Brown. At the close of all of the evidence, appellees filed a motion for an instructed verdict, such motion was granted and the jury returned a verdict in favor of the appellees and judgment was rendered that appellants take and recover nothing...
