This was a trespass to try title suit, filed in the District Court of Harris County by appellant W. S. Mickey against appellee Walter L. Morrison, to recover an undivided one-half interest in certain lands and oil, gas, and mineral interests, leases, royalties, and overriding royalties, in lands, all situated in Brazoria, Colorado, and Lavaca Counties.
