This cause was filed by Port Iron & Supply Company, plaintiff, against Hicks Rubber Company, a corporation, and T. P. Lovell, defendants, in the district court of Jefferson County, Texas. The suit as filed by plaintiff was for breach of contract, to recover the sum of $797.84.
