This is a conviction for the unlawful possession of beer for the purpose of sale in a dry area, with punishment assessed at a fine of $500 and six months in jail.

Agents of the Liquor Control Board, under and by virtue of a search warrant, searched the private residence of the appellant and found therein twenty-five twelve-ounce cans of beer and other items such as empty cans and a book or books which the state contended were relevant...
