This is a workman's compensation case in which claimant suffered an injury in the course of and as a result of his employment. The sole question involved is the extent of the compensable injury which resulted when claimant was struck in the mouth and on the neck by falling timbers while working in the new Denver Stockyards Stadium on October 16, 1950, at a time when workmen were changing concrete forms.
