This appeal is from a judgment in favor of Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railroad Company, appellee herein, entered on a directed verdict in favor of appellee at the close of all the testimony in an action brought by appellant against appellee to recover damages for personal injuries received by him and for damage to property.
