We find no support in the record for the finding by the State Rent Administrator that the landlord intends to use the housing accommodations for business purposes. It appears that the landlord's original intention in acquiring the premises was to demolish the housing portion of the premises and use only the store floor for an extension of its business purposes. By the order appealed from the matter has been remitted to the State Rent Administrator, presumably for the issuance...
