This appeal is from a judgment for the United States, defendant below, in an action for insurance proceeds brought by Maude E. Aylor, the beneficiary named in two $5,000 National Service Life Insurance policies, issued by the defendant upon the life of Raymond W. Aylor while he was in the military service.
