On March 15, 1951, a collision occurred between automobiles operated by Sterling Myers and Lawrence N. Yost, Jr., as a result of which Joseph H. Ratcliff, who was a passenger in the Yost vehicle, received personal injuries. The vehicle operated by Sterling Myers was owned by Albert Myers and it is alleged that Sterling was operating as the agent of Albert. It is also alleged that Yost was operating his vehicle as an agent of the Bryant...
