ROBINSON, Justice.

Appellants, plaintiffs in the trial court, contend they are the owners of certain land; that the defendant, now appellee, Sheffield, is claiming title to the property by virtue of a quitclaim deed from Oscar Bayliss and his wife, Vadea; that Bayliss claimed title by purchase at a sale for the 1946 taxes; that the tax sale was void and asks that it be removed as a cloud on the title. The Chancellor dismissed the complaint for the want of equity....
