However, Jane Koder remarried and an amended claim was filed on behalf of Mary Elizabeth and Dorthey Jane Koder, minor children of deceased, William C. Koder, against Claude Tough, Nevada, Missouri, doing business as Cedar Lawn Dairy, and Bituminous Casualty Corporation, as insurer.
