Defendant appeals from the judgment convicting him of receiving stolen property in violation of section 496bb of the Penal Code,1 and from the order denying his motion for a new trial. The case was tried by the court sitting without a jury. Defendant challenges the judgment on the ground of the insufficiency of the evidence.
