Nelson, in his declaration herein, alleged that in 1941 he was employed by appellant Railroad as a machinist, and that on May 13, 1946, the Railroad "wrongfully withdrew" him from the services, and he was "wrongfully deprived of the wages he would have earned from May 13, 1946, until he re-entered the service on November 29, 1946 * * *," and he asked for a money judgment for the wages he would have earned between May 13 and November 29.
