Frazier, damages of $18,000.00 against the defendants, Sims Motor Transport Lines, Inc. and Modern Equipment Co., for permanent injuries suffered by the plaintiff in an accident in which his automobile, in which he was riding, was negligently struck and was knocked off the highway by the defendants' truck tractor...
