Claimant was employed in the medical department of the employer as a dental hygienist. Her disability was occasioned by the development of a chronic calcified subdeltoid bursitis in both of her shoulders and operative surgical procedures in relief thereof. There is medical evidence to support the finding that claimant's affliction was an occupational disease.
