In this negligence action the judgment is for plaintiff's recovery of property damages to his automobile which resulted from a collision with the automobile of the defendant while they were passing through a street intersection. While the question of plaintiff's contributory negligence was sharply drawn by the evidence, the jury's finding thereon had sufficient evidentiary support.
