Appellant was sentenced in the New York General Sessions in 1931 to a life term as a fourth offender upon a conviction for robbery, first degree. In 1947 the sentence was vacated and he was sentenced as a second offender to a term of twenty years to life. The following year he was paroled from Clinton Prison. After five months he was declared delinquent by the Board of Parole and in 1949 was ordered "held for three years", and is scheduled to appear before the board in April...
