Maloney brought action against Jussel and Pister jointly to recover damages for personal injury, which he alleges resulted from the negligent operation by defendants of their respective automobiles. From a judgment of dismissal of his complaint, following a verdict of the jury in favor of defendants, plaintiff comes here by writ of error.
